Title: Tell Me No Lies
Author: A V. Geiger
Genre: Young Adult. Mystery. Thriller

Publication Date: June 5, 2018
Love. Obsession. Jealousy. Murder.
No one knows what happened to pop icon Eric Thorn. His Twitter account? Frozen. His cell phone? Cracked and bloody, buried in the snow.
Agoraphobic fangirl Tessa Hart knows the truth, but she’s finally left her #EricThornObsessed days behind. She has no intention of ever touching her Twitter app again. But Snapchat… That’s safer, right?
After months of living under the radar, Tessa emerges from hiding, forced to face the deadly consequences of her past. But in the interrogation room, answers only lead to more questions in the pulse-pounding conclusion to the Follow Me Back duology.
I was so excited when ate Shaine from Wander in Neverland announced about the PH Blog Tour for this. Follow Me Back is one of my favorite reads from last year and I’m itching to know what happened next after that cliff-hanger A.V. Geiger left us with at the end of Follow Me Back.
Tell Me No Lies met my expectations. It had me at the edge of my seat every turn of a page I make.
So many things happened in this book that I almost couldn’t pick up. Just when you’re so sure of something, it’ll be proven wrong the very next chapter you read. I guess that’s part of the excitement thriller mysteries have.
Tell Me No Lies started with a revelation that Dorian Cromwell is actually alive — I KNOW, First chapter and there are already surprises! It was also revealed that Tessa and Eric staged the whple murder crime to escape.
About Tessa and Eric’s relationship: when Maury finally found them and threw Eric back to the media… I felt pity for Tessa. It’s just that, whilst the other person is struggling (Tessa) the other (Eric) just assumes that the first person is doing just fine without the second person doing anything. I know Eric’s just busy and he’s also thinking about Tessa’s safety but still…
Anyway, I’m glad that that pity only lasted for a moment because after that, the whole internet world found out about them and they can finally talk to each other in public and be there whenever one or the other needs help.
I knew from the first book that MET is not just some over-active fan who’s always first on evverything Eric Thorn but for MET to be Maury? Eric’s manager? I didn’t see that coming. All along I really thought MET and Blair are somewhat partner’s in crime — literally. 😂
Speaking of Blair, who would’ve thought he will actually be Tessa’s savior? I still don’t like his obsession with Tessa but atleast he decided to no longer follow Tessa wherever she goes and just wait for Tessa to come to him. Not that that’s ever going to happen though. (hehehe)
Can we also just talk about Dr. Reagan because oh my dear did I not see that coming AT ALL. For her to be wound up dead all of a sudden? Geez. I have all these theories and A.V. Geiger keeps proving me wrong!
About The Ending: honestly, it felt almost flat to me. I just think there are so much happening that it kind-of just felt like watching a fast forwarding movie. But other than that, I really enjoyed seeing Tessa’s improvements on how she handles her mental health. I feel so proud of her.
Now, if you were to ask me which one is my favorite out of the two books, I’d say I love them both equally. As a Fangirl, I will lean towards Follow Me Back more because TESSA IS SO RELATABLE LIKE ASDFGHJKL. And as someone who really love twists, formulating theories, I will go with Tell Me No Lies.
In short: This doulogy is one of the books I have read and one that I’ll always remember.
